هناك أربعة خطابات فيما يتعلق بأوضاع الأقباط في مصر:الأول خطاب رسمى كاذب
وهو خطاب يتكرر على مدي سنين زاعما بأنه لا توجد مشاكل للأقباط، وفي أكثر من حوار ذكر الرئيس مبارك صراحة بأنه لا توجد مشاكل للأقباط، وعندما يتعطف علينا يقول أن الجميع مصريون متساويون بدون أي فعل حقيقي لتطبيق هذه المقولات. ويتراوح هذا الخطاب بين الانكار الواضح لمشاكل الأقباط أو التجاهل التام وفي أحسن الأحوال ترديد مقولات عن المساواة بدون أي وجود للمساواة على أرض الواقع. وهو بهذا خطاب مشجع للآخر المسلم المتعصب إلى التمادي في ظلمه للقبطي، ولهذا كررنا أكثر من مرة أن أوضاع الأقباط في ظل حكم مبارك هي الأسوأ منذ إنشاء الدولة الحديثة على يد محمد على عام 1801، من حيث التراجع المنتظم فى مجمل أوضاعهم.
